It took a number of emails but I so appreciated the extra due diligence to make sure I recieved a product that would fit — it did and works like a charm — great Job and highly recommend for both service and product

Instructions were clear.

I’d like to to see the brace to be adjustable to accommodate desk height in the the lower bracket has to be precisely located and top slot has to be adjusted to obtain leval.

Good customer service and quick delivery. Installation is finicky for non DIY brand beds. Very difficult to get desktop perfectly level in both the up and down positions despite carefully measuring and following instructions. Having it perfectly level when the bed is down is not that important to me so I am still satisfied with the product.
