My issue and why not 5 stars. Customer service via email and the phone is rather rude and condescending.

A bolt broke when I was installing the hardware. I called to make sure the packets had enough pieces and if not, how I could acquire some. Person on the phone basically told me it was my fault and to call back if by the end I needed more pieces. Luckily I didn’t.

Then just emailed with Nadia for some advice on a minor issue I would like to troubleshoot. Again, blame placed on me despite everything going exactly like the manual suggested. I wasn’t saying there was a fault in plans, just seeking some advice on some minor flexing we have been seeing. Didn’t expect to basically be blamed. Was expecting the experts insights.

Anyways. Good product, lackluster support with an attitude.
