My aunt made this pie and I fell in love with not just the pie but how easy it is to make. (I’m challenged in cooking department. And that’s being nice)anyway I was making it tonight and my mom has once again decided to move things around. So I cannot find them and all I could find was banana pudding with the chocolate pudding. (My aunts recipe you mixed up pudding mixture. In sep bowl the peanut butter, powdered sugar and cream cheese) then she layered peanut butter mixture on bottom and pudding on top and then a thin layer of cool whip. But I like the idea of mixing the pudding and peanut butter and just having one mixture for pie. I’m crossing my fingers about the banana pudding, but I think chocolate goes good with banana doesn’t it? See just 10 min in kitchen and my brain is probably wherever my mom put the vanilla pudding. I tried to ask Alexa but she said she could no longer enable me by giving me answers if it involved cooking. . On banana chocolate peanut butter pie.

Husband loved this pie. I made it kind of by mistake (thinking it was a smaller version of one with cream cheese). I put in an 8” square pan & crust was too thick. Otherwise, it was good with sugar free pudding.

I wonder if it would freeze ok. I saw another reviewer asked but didn’t get an answer. I know the cream cheese version gets runny after a few days but wouldn’t freeze well.

This pie is absolutely delicious! We could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting. My husband declared it his favorite non-fruit pie. It was so simple to make. I substituted almond milk for the milk and used a homemade graham cracker crust.
