I’m sorry to give this recipe a one-star rating, but I made it exactly per the recipe and they were so sweet we could not eat them. I had to throw them all away. Don’t remember the ones I’ve eaten in the past being so sickening sweet. Neither my husband or I could eat them, and I really wanted to love them.

Peanut butter balls do not stick well to toothpicks kept falling off in chocolate chocolate seems to need to be a little thinner or possibly freeze peanut butter balls two sticks before dipping. I appreciate the recipe just wasn’t what I was expecting

I have to admit, I didn’t trust this recipe at first. I’ve made sausage balls for years, but always “winged it” so they were somewhat hit or miss. I decided to finally follow a recipe so that I didn’t have to guess every year how they would turn out.
As a fan of other recipes from this page, I decided to try this one. I thought that it must be way too much Bisquick and too much cheese. Nope. Followed as written, this is spot on! Thank you!

These peanut butter balls are fantastic. I had only one problem and that was with getting the balls out of the chocolate after coating them. Perhaps they had warmed up too quickly. But they were delicious! My dog, Fenwick can verify that because I left them on my counter for a minute or two and when I came back the 6 I had already coated with chocolate were there but out of 38 balls, only 13 in total were still there. Fen enjoyed them immensely. Guess I have to make some more and keep the dog in his crate! Thanks for the recipe, we both loved them!

Imake the candy the same way you do and yes they are all gone after the party.
