They are the best! I made them with gluten free buckwheat flour and natural peanut butter and they stayed together better than any other recipes I have tried.

Delicious!

I made a batch of these on Friday night because someone specifically requested peanut butter cookies and only eats peanut butter cookies. Talk about pressure! After browsing lots of recipes, I settled on this on. These were a hit! This person, including myself and others, absolutely loved them! I made anther batch the following Sunday. These also got devoured immediately! I will definitely try doubling the recipe. One batch just isn’t enough. Thank you for sharing. 🍪

Quick, easy, no fail cookies.
Great flavor and texture.
This recipe made 24 cookies and came out perfect at 14 minutes.
